Porto jest pięknym miastem, zlokalizowanym na północy Portugalii. Ma wiele do zaoferowania. Jest znane z bogatej historii, przepięknej architektury oraz pysznego, portowego wina. Turyści uwielbiają spacery po kolorowych ulicach Riberiry, odkrywanie zapierających dech w piersiach doliny Douro czy smakowanie tutejszych, lokalnych win w licznych piwniczkach winiarskich. Miasto słynie także z gastronomii, w tym ze świeżych owoców morza i innych, tradycyjnych dań portugalskich. Mieszkańcy są przyjaźni, a atmosfera miasta jest ciepła i otwarta, sprawiając, że miasto jest świetnym miejscem do odwiedzin.
Nasze kursy organizujemy z zaprzyjaźnionych salach konferencyjnych w kilku hotelach w Porto. Wszystkie zlokalizowane w spacerowej odległości od siebie (od 10 do 20 min pieszo max), znajdują się w pobliżu stacji kolejowej lub głównych linii metra, ułatwiając łatwy dostęp do wszystkich dalszych atrakcji miasta i okolic. Hotele są w bardzo dobrym standardzie, oferujące wygodne przestrzenie do nauki, z krzesłami i stołami, wyposażone w projektory i tablice. Gwarantowane przerwy kawowe i dostęp do wody. Przestrzenie są klimatyzowane, jest także możliwość używania Wi-Fi.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
A school’s primary function is to prepare students, teachers and parents to adapt and overcome the challenges and struggles of a world full of rapid changes and interpersonal conflicts, contributing to the individual’s development process. Conflict cannot and will not cease to exist, as it is intrinsic to human behaviour and an integral part of moral and emotional growth. Therefore, conflict is present in all schools. It is important to face conflict and resolve it with skills to manage it properly and constructively, establish cooperative relationships, and produce integrative solutions. Harmony and appreciation should coexist in a classroom environment and conflict should not interfere, negatively, with the teaching and learning process.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
This course is designed for a wide range of educational professionals including teachers, trainers, educational and career counsellors, school psychologists, headmasters, school administrators, and staff across primary, lower-secondary, secondary schools and higher education. It also caters to professionals in training centers, adult education schools, higher education institutions, and NGOs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Please note that the course may have participants from various school levels and English proficiency, typically between B1-C2.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
The teacher has a central role to play as far as school conflict is concerned and to successfully handle conflict and pass on that knowledge to students, the teacher must seek to learn the know-how embedded in conflict management theories, apply it to each situation and understand the rationale behind the various conflict management spectrums. Especially, as it pertains to the school precinct and classroom learning environments.

Poniżej przedstawiamy orientacyjne koszty pakietów kurs+zakwaterowanie, przeliczone na walutę rozliczeń grantu tj. EUR. Propozycje te uwzględniają dozwolone przesunięcia środków między poszczególnymi kategoriami wydatków, tak aby całość kosztów była pokryta z grantu. W kolumnie kieszonkowe podana jest szacunkowa kwota, jaka pozostanie na dodatkowe wyżywienie, dojazdy komunikacją miejską itp. w zależności od wybranej opcji zakwaterowania. 1. Grant Erasmus+ obejmuje także kwotę 350 EUR na każdego uczestnika projektu. Wg informacji uzyskanych z Agencji Narodowej istnieje możliwość przesunięcia tych pieniędzy na dopłatę do kosztów kursu – w przypadku wyboru droższego kursu.
